    Securities are the financial instrument used by the issuer to involve the financial resources in the cases when the bank credit is either unreasonable or impossible.

    Securities are used in order to involve the borrowed current assets (bonds, investment certificates), to form the authorized capital stock of joint-stock companies (shares), to draw up the commodity credits (bills of exchange).

  • Reports of issuers to National Commission for Securities and Stock Market

    Submission of reports to Commission for Securities is a topical problem for the issuers. It means the regular reporting to National Commission for Securities and Stock Market and submission of special information.

    The order of reporting to National Commission for Securities and Stock Market is governed by "Regulation on disclosure of information by issuers of securities" approved by Resolution of National Commission for Securities and Stock Market no. 1591 as of December 19, 2006.

    The issuers should submit to Commission the regular (annual) reports and special information connected with the events significant for the economic activity of the issuer.

    The events which require the submission of information to National Commission for Securities and Stock Market and/or disclosure of information in the stock market are the following:
    - adoption of resolution on distribution of securities for the amount exceeding 25 % of the authorized capital stock;
    - adoption of resolution on redemption of own stock;
    - fact of inclusion of securities to the listing of the stock exchange or exclusion of them from that listing;
    - obtainment of loan or credit in the amount exceeding 25 % of the issuer's assets;
    - change in the structure of the officials of the issuer;
    - change of the owners of shares owing 10 and more per cent of the voting shares;
    - the issuer's resolution to form or terminate its branches and representative offices;
    - resolution of the superior body of the company on decrease of the authorized capital stock;
    - institution of legal proceedings on the bankruptcy of the issuer or resolution on its readjustment;
    - resolution of the superior body of the issuer or court on termination or bankruptcy of the issuer.

    ENGLISH LANGUAGE, TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION


  • Translation (with notarization if necessary)

    The service is intended for the texts of the following subject areas:
    - legal (legal opinions, claims, court decisions, actions);
    - economic (auditors' conclusions, working documents of accountants and auditors, financial statements, business plans, economic news and reviews);
    - scientific (diplomas, theses, research works, articles to be published in the scientific literature);
    - technical (manuals, user's guides);
    - advertizing (presentations, booklets, leaflets, texts for websites);
    - commercial document circulation of the enterprise (contracts, invoices, statements of executed works, certificates, packing lists);
    - general (including private and business correspondence).

    Cost of the service equals to 30.00 UAH per one page for the translation from the English language into Russian or Ukrainian and 35.00 UAH per one page for the translation from the Russian or Ukrainian language into English. One page comprises 1860 signs with spaces according to the statistics of the document in the format of Microsoft Word (menu "Service Statistics - Signs (with spaces)").

    The evaluation of the translation cost is made immediately after the order is accepted. To calculate the cost of your order we use the number of signs in that document/text which we should translate. When the document/text given for translation is not in the electronic form but on the paper carrier, the number of signs in it is determined by counting the number of signs in one line of the text and multiplying the number of such lines. When the lines are not uniform, the final cost of your order will be determined according to the number of signs in the finished translation seen in the statistics of the document in the format of Microsoft Word.

    To be able to determine the approximate cost of your order, you can see a sample of the text containing 1860 signs with spaces here 1860 signs_sample.doc.

    The period of execution of your order will depend on the volume of the text. The translation of 6 pages of the text during the 8-hour working day is considered to be the norm. When it is necessary to complete your order undertime, the cost of your order will be increased by 20-30 %. We do not practice the distribution of your order among several translators because of the impossibility to keep the identity of terminology and style of the whole translation in that case. Also we do not practice the use of electronic translating programmes with the further correction of the derived text.

    Notarization of translation

    The cost of the service is equal to the cost of the notary's service who notarizes the document. Presently the notarization of one document costs 30.00-100.00 UAH depending on its volume.

    Cooperation with corporate clients

    If your organization does not have a great scope of work for the translator but it has some quantity of small documents during the month (for example, e-mails) which should be translated and quickly answered, we can offer you the format of work called subscriber servicing. We shall determine the anticipated quantity of the e-mails received by you and establish a fixed cost of translator's services for your company per one month. For example, 8 e-mails of the following size (approximately) Subscriber servicing_sample.doc and brief answers to them will be evaluated at 500.00 UAH. In the case we work with your enterprise under such scheme we guarantee that the e-mail received from you in the course of today will be answered and send back to you on the same date when received.
